Book your Stay

Booking Process

Our live calendar allows you to check availability, pricing & reserve your dates.  Pricing is based on a 2 night minimum stay unless otherwise stated.  We will always try to accommodate so please get in touch if we have availability and you're wanting a 1 night/shorter stay.

Once you have booked your stay a 20% deposit will be required to secure your dates.   If your stay is within 7 weeks of the arrival date full payment will be required please.

Discounts (automatically applied) for longer stays:

3 - 6 nights - 2% 

7+ nights - 5%

Mill Cottage.

Pets - considered but cottage will be slightly adapted to accommodate your pet!  We consider up to 2 dogs,  If wanting to bring your budgie, cat or another pet please check before booking.

A £39 pet supplement applies.

Pay For Your Stay

Deposits & Payments

A 20% deposit  is required at time of booking. 

Final balance is payable 7 weeks/50 days  before arrival

Once you have made your booking you will receive email confirmation. 

Booking Reference - please add the booking reference automatically generated or name of lead guest when making any payments.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS - Please click on the 'PAYPAL FOR YOUR STAY' button below to be directed to our Paypal payment page. 

BANK TRANSFER / CARD PAYMENTS - If Paypal payment is not received at time of booking, guests will be emailed to confirm payment method preferred. Guests will then be sent bank details or an invoice to be used for card payments. Payment will then be required within 24 hours to ensure booking dates are held..

Email confirmation will be sent for all bookings and a payment breakdown detailing amounts paid and any balances due.

Invoices /receipts available on request for business travel

In addition to our cancellation policy, we also offer a 24 hour cooling period if you wish to cancel your stay and receive a full refund.

If a booking is made and deposit/full payment  is not received within 24 hours the booking will be deemed as cancelled and removed from our calendar.
